Scope of these terms
Read these terms, the Privacy & storage notice and About before using the site’s educational materials and features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. The notice does not block browsing and remains visible until you select “I agree”. This confirms agreement to the terms and acknowledgement of the privacy notice. The documents remain available to read without accepting.
These terms describe the use of STOCKS.HELP’s educational materials and public site features. They do not create an investment-management service or a commitment to provide individual advice, support, continuous access or a particular learning or financial outcome.
Additional features may have separate terms presented when they become available. These terms do not enrol you in a subscription, authorise a payment or constitute consent to future advertising, marketing messages or personal-data processing.
Financial information
The site provides general education and information. Its materials do not take account of your financial position, objectives, knowledge, country, tax status, ability to bear losses or other individual circumstances. They are not personal investment, financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Nothing on the site is intended as an offer to transact, a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold a particular investment, or an assessment that an investment or strategy is suitable for you. A description of a real product illustrates a structure or issue; it does not establish its availability or suitability for your account.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to act, checking current information and obtaining appropriately qualified advice when needed. Reading a lesson, answering a question or contacting the project does not create an adviser–client, fiduciary or portfolio-management relationship.
Investments can fall in value and can result in loss of capital. Leverage and some contractual obligations can create losses beyond the initial amount committed. Diversification, a long horizon and disciplined maintenance cannot guarantee protection against loss or recovery by a particular date.
Examples, research and changing information
Examples, calculations, model portfolios and scenarios explain specified assumptions. A correct answer to a practice question is correct within that question’s stated context, not a recommendation for your own finances.
Historical returns, backtests and research findings are not forecasts or guarantees. Results depend on the period, data, methods and assumptions, and may leave out taxes, fees, execution constraints or other real-world effects. A simplified example should not be used as a complete decision model.
Information can contain errors or become outdated. There is no undertaking to monitor your investments, alert you to changes or continually update every page. Check current primary documents, product terms and local rules before relying on information for a decision. Generative AI is used in preparation, as explained on About.
Sources and third-party rights
References identify evidence and further reading. They do not transfer rights in a publication, establish permission for its reproduction or imply affiliation with its author, publisher, regulator or product provider.
Third-party names and marks identify their respective sources or products. Their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Third-party text, illustrations, data and publications remain subject to their own licences and applicable law. Public availability alone is not a licence.

Where rights protect original elements of this site’s presentation or materials, those rights are reserved unless a different licence is stated. This does not claim ownership of others’ work, research findings, unprotected ideas or elements for which exclusive rights do not exist.
You may share links and the short summaries supplied by the site’s Share feature, with attribution and the source link. This permission does not authorise copying whole lessons, redistributing third-party publications or implying that STOCKS.HELP endorses your use. Other uses may be allowed by applicable law or by a relevant licence.
External services and commercial content
External websites, tools and services have their own terms, risks and privacy practices. Check them before providing information or making a transaction. A link is not a promise about a destination’s accuracy, security, availability or performance.
The project may use advertising, sponsorship, affiliate arrangements or paid features. Relevant paid placements and commercial relationships should be disclosed where they appear. A future paid feature requires the applicable offer and terms; its possible development here is not a current offer.
Use of site features
Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or use the site’s name to falsely imply endorsement. Respect applicable law and the rights of others. These terms do not restrict uses that applicable law permits regardless of a contractual restriction.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
STOCKS.HELP makes no promise of profit, loss prevention, suitability for a particular person, uninterrupted access or error-free information. It does not undertake to replace your own verification or professional advice where needed. Market movements and the decisions of independent providers are outside the project’s control.
These limits describe what the educational resource undertakes to provide. They do not excuse fraud, remove responsibilities that the law imposes or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable protections remain available. These terms do not require you to waive claims, indemnify the project for every loss or accept an exclusive dispute forum.
Changes and contact
The site, materials and these terms may change as the project develops. The date above identifies this version. Changes do not retroactively authorise an earlier use of personal information or replace notices and consent required for a new feature.
